Mummy Jerk Pans

The Mummy jerk pan is the most commonly used catering equipment needed to produce Jerk Chicken. Our model featured is the standard model, comprising of 1x Cooking Grill, 1x Bun Warmer Grill, Reinforced Coal Burning Skin, Chimney, 2x Air Vents, Carry Handles, 4 Detachable Legs and a choice of colours. 

 

We have different versions of this model, from the “Bread Bin” Which allows the opening of the Jerk Pan Lid to slide over the top of the cylinder, or the “¾ Split Jerk- Pan”, which gives structure and strength to the Jerk Pan, making this version a lot heavier than the standard version.
